Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God.... 1 John 4:7
What a pleasurable weekend! Friends from Georgia came to visit with the most precious, radiant little boy you have ever seen. Willow's boy/friend, Luke, who is 18 months old stopped by for Brie, smoked Gouda and herb crackers. He is particularly fond of smoked Gouda and ate his portion full! But alas.... sad news.... he is in love with Piper. Luke cackled with glee playing with her and gracing her with smoochies! When mother Anne removed him, he revolted, demanding to be returned to his newfound love. Luke is the most active little thing! It was contagiously adorable. He is irresistible and smiles constantly. It was so inspiring to see this tender couple and the love they have for their three children. How blessed we are to have found these new friends. Luke and Willow were adopted just a month apart. At 18 months and 21 months they are 3 months apart in age and at 17 lbs. and almost 21 lbs. they are a little over 3 lbs. apart. Both Willow and Luke were special needs children in the waiting child program. His adoption story is amazing and inspiring.
