I don't know about you, but May is always an extremely busy month for us. This May has been particularly full of burdens and blessings. But, I would rather share the blessings. ;) God can take care of my burdens. His burdens are light Matthew 11:30. Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved Psalm 55:22. Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you. 1 Peter 5:7 Funny, but at times I think we can actually develop a habit of holding on to our burdens, clinging to them, allowing them to drag us down, when we should be slinging them on the Lord. He is able to take them on without our help. There are so many blessings that surround us if we just open our eyes to see and humble our hearts to appreciate.
So for today, I am casting my blessings upon you.... to show what joy the Lord does bring.
Velvety newborn bunnies
to snuggle and hold
in a little ones lap...
observing our children as as they discover
and explore life...
Music ringing through the house
Little girls mothering their babies
taking the most precious care
tucking them under their arms
covering them with wet kisses
basket full of babies...
Mama's baby ;)
Watching my children painting master pieces to be treasured for years to come
Sage painting Hokusai
The awakening of Spring unto the mountains
Willow's crib mate coming home, safe and healthy
Little Flower ~Willow and Reagan Shai ( Shay) Little Heaven together after a year apart
Tian Tian with her mommy
I'm so glad you are finally here....
Watching my daughters in a whimsical dance around the yard
something only a child will do
Enjoying a little ones silliness
The tranquility of our rushing creek and God's word
Wee ones playing in the rain
covered with mud
giving them a warm sudsy bath,
bundling them in a fluffy towel
nuzzling them in my lap with a song...
Loving , giving Christian friends who have blessed us so richly during this difficult time
Have a blessed May ~ appreciate the Lord's goodness and gifts, enjoy your children, laugh and dance with them, let them play in the mud and sing them a song....
